SIXINCH North America celebrates Interior Design Best of Year Awards
GOSHEN, IND. – SIXINCH® North America, a division of Wieland Designs, Inc., wins the “Interior Design’s Best of Year Award,” in the contract lounge seating and education furniture categories. Tauko and Tapa, the new seating and table designed by Mac Stopa for SIXINCH, won the prestigious Interior Design magazine award last weekend in New York City.
Interior Design’s Best of Year (BoY) is the design industry’s premiere design awards program, honoring the most significant work of the year and recognizing designers, architects and manufacturers from around the globe.
Now celebrating its 12th year, Interior Design’s Best of Year is the most highly regarded awards program in the industry. As the ultimate measure of excellence, BoY showcases what’s happening today in every category of design and sets the bar even higher for the future.
More than 1,000 design professionals and enthusiasts from Mexico, Poland, Brazil, China, Israel and more joined Interior Design on December 1 at the IAC building in New York to honor the world’s outstanding projects and products for the 12th annual BoY awards.
“On behalf of the team at SIXINCH and Mac Stopa’s Massive Design, we would like to thank our collaborators, supporters and friends,” said Josh Sweazy, Director of Sales for SIXINCH North America. “We are thrilled that the interior design and the A and D communities have recognized SIXINCH’s strength in the seating and education categories, from both a performance and design perspective.”
